The Main Villa has approx 570 m2 (including 60 m2 of covered veranda), a two-story air-conditioned building with elevator, has wooden floors throughout and can accommodate 12 to 14 persons. The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, office, sitting area, a sizeable luminous kitchen with granite floor, a storeroom, guests’ WC and a guest room with two single beds and an en suite bathroom.

There is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea in front of the ground floor facing the sea.

The upper floor consists of five guest rooms, one with fireplace. The three bedrooms have an en suite bathroom equipped with jacuzzi, ladies boudoir, private playroom (multi-gym, bike, and pink pong table and dartboard). The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi. Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout.

All bedrooms open out onto large verandas, all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle). One can see as far as the Peloponnese.
